At Workshop Knowledge, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from workshopknowledge.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons or customization. These include:

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
